Roadside Assistance Cover
Mechanical Breakdown Assistance is included in all rates, which provides coverage in case the vehicle suffers a mechanical fault. However, we want you to enjoy your driving experience to the fullest – without worrying about the little things that can go wrong when you are on the road.
By purchasing Roadside Assistance Cover, you will be covered for the following support:
- Recovery support for jump-starts due to a flat battery.
- Recovery support for tyre changes and tyre-related incidents. (cost of tyre is not included)
- Towing costs up to 100km and/or to the nearest rental location under 100km.
- Up to $10 fuel delivery or the equivalent charge top-up to get you back on the road.
- The cost for lost or replacement keys.
- Recovery support for those times you lock your keys inside the car. (excludes Electric Vehicles)
If you’re not covered, you can incur a call-out fee of $255.62 for these non-mechanical faults.
